Your First Visit
At Brantford DOCS, you can expect healthcare professionals who listen, answers you can understand and respect for your time. Upon entering our office for your first visit you’ll find a clinic and staff that reflects the high quality of care we provide. We’ll ask that you complete new patient paperwork which will provide us with information about yourself and your health history.

Initial Consultation & Exam
After finishing initial patient paperwork, the doctor will invite you into the consultation room to discuss your health-related concerns and goals. Following your consultation, a complete examination including physical, orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic tests in order to get a complete evaluation of your specific condition.
Plan of Treatment
After discussing your health history and goals, examining your spine and reviewing any diagnostic tests, you will given recommendations for care. Then, gentle manipulation (or adjustments) to spinal or extremity joints are performed. Physio-therapy such as Electrical Muscle Stimulation, Cryotherapy, Kinesio Taping or Intersegmental mobilization may also be used.
In addition, soft tissue manipulation may be utilized to stretch tight muscles and personalized postural exercises may be prescribed to retrain poor patterns of body motion.
