During her experience at Palmer she participated in a variety of volunteer programs including a clinic abroad trip and engaging in a team-oriented assessment group at the Veteran’s Society. These experiences further solidified her commitment to sharing the gift of helping people through chiropractic.
Dr. Kelly received her certification in acupuncture through the Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University, an evidence-based approach to traditional Chinese medicine. Dr. Kelly has had a lifelong devotion to natural healing and for many years gravitated towards a career in healing. Her previous life experience coupled with her outstanding education has driven her to succeed as a doctor of chiropractic.
Success with her patients comes by treating the musculoskeletal system as a whole, instead of only treating the location of pain. She combines gentle, low-force adjusting techniques with specific exercises and stretches along with other modalities such as non-surgical spinal distraction and myofascial release to guide her patients toward building healthier lives through chiropractic care. While her initial goal is symptom relief, she puts emphasis on stabilization and prevention.
Dr. Linsay has been featured in such national publications as Dynamic Chiropractic, Lifehacker and Breaking Muscle and is available to speak to your Brantford sports team, club, school, or workplace on topics such as headaches, nutrition, sports chiropractic, pregnancy, workplace ergonomics, preventing back injury, and other health conditions that chiropractic care can help.
